Steve McGraw - President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve McGraw is the president and CEO of Compliance 360, a leading provider
of on-demand solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and
compliance (eGRC). At Compliance 360, McGraw has led the company to build
one of the most complete eGRC platforms in the industry today. He works
closely with customers, partners, industry analysts and other industry
visionaries and veterans to set the strategic direction for the company
and its solutions. McGraw has also led the company to 5 consecutive years
of financial stability and record growth in revenues and customer satisfaction.
McGraw is a frequent speaker on regulatory compliance and risk management.
Prior to Compliance 360, McGraw was a partner at Catalysta Partners,
LLC where he assisted high growth companies with their business strategies,
new product launches, marketing programs, sales strategies and sales
execution. Before joining Catalysta Partners, he was responsible for
direct sales, global sales channels, business alliances and professional
services for 2order.com. The company was successfully sold to Primus
Knowledge Solutions in early 2000 for $90 million.
Prior to 2order.com, McGraw was the vice president of sales at Onewave,
Inc., a publicly traded Internet software company based in Boston, MA.
He began his career as a software development engineer for Management
Science America (MSA). After MSA, he worked in direct sales for Data
General for 5 years. Subsequently, he was with DataLogix, Inc., a supplier
of ERP software to the process industries. He held positions in direct
sales and sales management during his 6 years at DataLogix, starting
prior to their IPO and through their eventual sale to Oracle.
McGraw earned a B.B.A in Finance with a Concentration in MIS from the
University of Georgia
Gary Christian – Chief Operating Officer
Gary Christian is responsible for the company’s key operational
aspects including finance and accounting, information technology and
data services, human resources and business development. Over the last
two years he has been instrumental in balancing the company's rapid growth
and financial requirements.
Christian brings over eighteen years of financial and operational experience,
including strong leadership skills, corporate knowledge, and organizational
proficiency to the executive team. Prior to joining Compliance 360, Christian
was Chief Financial Officer at Constructware, where he demonstrated his
abilities by growing the small software start-up company into a market
leader, culminating in a successful acquisition by Autodesk, Inc. He
also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Compliance
360 from 2002 through 2006.
Before his tenure at Constructware, Christian was the Vice President
of Finance for Magellan Specialty Health, Inc. Christian earned a B.S.
degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and began his career working
for Arthur Andersen.
Debbie Luyk - Director of Product Management
Debbie Luyk is responsible for managing the product life cycle as well
as the application support functions for Compliance 360. Since the founding
of the company, Luyk has lead the company's product roadmap with a keen
focus on reengineering key business processes and the utilization of
technology to optimize operations. Under her leadership of customer support,
working closely with the professional services team, Compliance 360 has
achieved the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
Luyk brings over seventeen years experience in the areas of quality
improvement, business process analysis and information technology. In
her most recent role before joining Compliance 360, Luyk served as an
IT project manager at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she was
responsible for the implementation of several key business applications.
Prior to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, she was a project engineer
for the Directorate of Logistics at Fort Benning, Georgia. In this role,
she was responsible for the development and implementation of an automated
system to schedule training classes and manage resources. Luyk earned
a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
Kevin Baesler - Vice President of Sales
Since joining Compliance 360 in 2006, Kevin Baesler has helped the company
increase sales by more than 100% each year and achieve market leadership
in its target healthcare vertical industry sector. Baesler has also driven
the company’s successful expansion into the financial services
and general business industry segments.
Baesler has over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing,
with a highly successful track record in enterprise software applications
and the financial services industries. Before joining Compliance 360,
Baesler was responsible for channel sales and business development for
S1 Corporation where he developed and managed relationships with banks,
credit unions and some of the industry’s largest financial service
providers, including Fidelity National Information Systems, Fiserv, Inc,
and Open Solutions, Inc. His prior software industry experience includes
Management Science America (later Dun & Bradstreet Software), Datalogix
(later Oracle Corporation), and Premier Systems Integrators (later Dimension
Data). He began his software industry career following service as an
officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Natalie Cheney – Vice President of Professional Services
As a seasoned services veteran, Natalie Cheney specializes in leading
change and installing operational excellence in high-growth companies.
Her primary focus is to manage and enhance the professional services
organization, including the company's consulting practice, implementation
team, and training services. Cheney has built out best practices in GRC
for the company and a services methodology that is uniquely suited to
Compliance 360 customers. Under her leadership of professional services,
working closely with the customer support team, Compliance 360 has achieved
the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
Cheney brings extensive leadership and professional services experience
to Compliance 360’s management team. Prior to joining Compliance
360, she was Vice President of Professional Services at Constructware
(recently acquired by Autodesk, Inc.) where she developed a proven implementation
methodology, enhanced programs and services, and assisted in corporate
strategy and growth. Before her tenure at Constructware, Cheney held
a senior position in Deloitte & Touche, where she provided project
management oversight and cost analysis for client engagements.
Cheney earned a B.S. degree in Science from Lehigh University and an
MBA from Georgia State University.
Thomas Lee - Vice President of Application Development
Since the founding of Compliance 360, Thomas Lee has lead the development
team in building the most complete, secure and reliable GRC platform
in the industry. Lee is responsible for the leading and growing the company’s
high quality team of engineers, and building and directing the company's
quality program. Under his leadership, Compliance 360 has successfully
implemented an Agile development process. With a background in computer
networking and software architecture, Lee provides Compliance 360 with
both the strategic and tactical guidance necessary for the organization
to maintain its leadership status in enterprise compliance management
software.
Lee is an accomplished developer with over ten years of experience developing
enterprise applications that leverage Microsoft Technologies. Prior to
his current position, Lee served as a Software Architect for Clarus Corporation,
a leading provider of web based electronic procurement solutions.
Scott Buckley - Chief Technology Officer
Scott Buckley brings over twelve years of experience as a computer programmer
to Compliance 360. Prior to his current position, he was the key developer
of applications for Emerging Solutions, Inc., a provider of software
solutions to the construction industry.
Prior to Emerging Solutions, Scott played a key role in support for
all hospital clinical and financial information systems while at Egleston
Children's Health Care System. Also at Egleston, he implemented a large-scale
interface engine project that integrated a myriad of hospital information
systems. Scott attended Carnegie Mellon University and Georgia Institute
of Technology where he studied Computer Science. He is also a Microsoft
Certified Product Specialist.
Scot McLeod - Vice President of Marketing
Scot McLeod is responsible for marketing and corporate communications,
focused on building awareness and recognition of Compliance 360 as a
leader in the GRC industry and the success and achievements of the company’s
customers.
McLeod brings a track record of marketing success to Compliance 360,
with over 20 years experience in the software industry. Prior to joining
Compliance 360, McLeod was senior vice president of marketing for CDC
Software, which was ranked as the world’s 12th largest enterprise
application software company in 2007. During his 6-year tenure with the
company, McLeod was instrumental in driving vertical market strategies
and programs that supported the company’s success in new-business
sales and double-digit growth rates.
Earlier in his career, McLeod led marketing for early-stage software
and consulting services organizations, as well as leadership roles in
product marketing, product management and customer support for Management
Science America and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
McLeod earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia
Institute of Technology.
Sally Lott, CPA. - Controller
Sally Lott provides leadership and coordination of the company’s
financial planning and budget management functions. With over thirteen
years of finance and accounting experience, Sally Lott brings expertise
in budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, audit, and reporting.
Her daily responsibilities include managing the finance department’s
operations as well as strategic forecasting.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Sally was the Controller at Constructware,
where she supervised the company's finance and accounting functions and
assisted in the due diligence resulting in a successful acquisition by
Autodesk, Inc. Sally Lott is a CPA and holds a Bachelors Business Administration
in Accounting from University of Georgia.
