Steve McGraw - President
Steve McGraw is President of SAI Global Compliance’s GRC business. He joined SAI Global with the acquisition of Compliance 360 in January 2012 where he led the organization as president and CEO. Steve leads SAI Global Compliance’s GRC business including Compliance 360 and a host of technology products in the areas of hotline, incident management, policy management and risk management.
John Brooke –Vice President of Sales
John Brooke leads the sales team for the GRC line of business and is responsible for increasing sales each year and continuing the company’s market leadership in its target vertical industry sectors. Prior to his current role, John served as the VP Sales, Healthcare for Compliance 360. In that role, John was directly responsible for healthcare sales operations and interacted daily with Compliance 360 executives, marketing, business development, professional services and product management to ensure a constant focus on the success of the company’s healthcare provider customers.
John has spent 18 years in sales and operational roles with enterprise software companies. Additionally, he has more than 25 years serving the healthcare industry including responsibilities in finance at for-profit healthcare leader American Medical International, Inc., as a consultant with Ernst & Whinney specializing in reimbursement, and as a customer-facing resource with both a traditional hospital information systems vendor, Gerber Alley, and with large ERP vendors, SAP and PeopleSoft, serving the healthcare industry. Directly prior to joining Compliance 360 in 2008, he led an international division of an Atlanta based publishing company, Billian’s HealthDATA, specializing in healthcare market intelligence.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He is CPA licensed in the state of Florida and is an active member of HFMA.
Colin Campbell, SVP, GRC Product Management
Colin heads the product management of SAI Global’s governance, risk and compliance solutions globally. Colin has over 20 years experience working with clients to utilize technology in automating key business processes such as risk & compliance management, travel and expense management and financial reporting solutions. During this time Colin has worked in a variety of roles including sales, development, consulting & product management within the US and the APAC regions.
Bob McGowan – Vice President of Product Management
Bob McGowan is responsible for managing the product life cycle for the Compliance 360 SaaS-based suite of solutions. His primary focus is to drive the product definition and delivery of enhancements and new solutions that address customer requirements for streamlining and monitoring their compliance, risk and audit programs.
During his 22 year tenure in enterprise software prior to joining Compliance 360, McGowan held product management and business development leadership roles in large, medium and start-up organizations including Idapta, XcelleNet, Cambia Security and nCircle. In his product management roles, McGowan has established a reputation for on-time, on-target delivery of high-quality enterprise software applications. His responsibilities have included defining product strategy, product roadmaps and individual product requirements as well as using product life cycle processes to coordinate efforts across functional groups including software development, quality assurance, performance testing, technical publications, training, and product marketing. McGowan holds a B. S. degree in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Thomas Lee - Vice President of Application Development
Since the founding of Compliance 360, Thomas Lee has led the development
team in building the most complete, secure and reliable GRC platform
in the industry. Lee is responsible for leading and growing the company’s
high quality team of engineers, and building and directing the company's
quality program. Under his leadership, Compliance 360 has successfully
implemented an Agile development process. With a background in computer
networking and software architecture, Lee provides Compliance 360 with
both the strategic and tactical guidance necessary for the organization
to maintain its leadership status in enterprise compliance management
software.
Lee is an accomplished developer with over ten years of experience developing
enterprise applications that leverage Microsoft Technologies. Prior to
his current position, Lee served as a Software Architect for Clarus Corporation,
a leading provider of web based electronic procurement solutions.
Scott Buckley - Chief Technology Officer
Scott Buckley brings over twelve years of experience as a computer programmer
to Compliance 360. Prior to his current position, he was the key developer
of applications for Emerging Solutions, Inc., a provider of software
solutions to the construction industry.
Prior to Emerging Solutions, Scott played a key role in support for
all hospital clinical and financial information systems while at Egleston
Children's Health Care System. Also at Egleston, he implemented a large-scale
interface engine project that integrated a myriad of hospital information
systems. Scott attended Carnegie Mellon University and Georgia Institute
of Technology where he studied Computer Science. He is also a Microsoft
Certified Product Specialist.
Debbie Luyk - Vice President of Product Marketing
Debbie Luyk is responsible for evaluating market requirements and trends to ensure that Compliance 360 solutions continue to address evolving industry challenges such as expanding regulations, increasing requirements for proof-of-compliance and visibility, and the growing need for control and board-level assurance.
Luyk brings over 20 years of experience in areas of quality improvement, business process analysis and information technology. Previously, Luyk was responsible for product management at Compliance 360, with a keen focus on creating technology solutions to optimize operations. Prior to joining Compliance 360, Luyk served as an IT project manager at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she was responsible for the implementation of several key business applications. Prior to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, she was a project engineer for the Directorate of Logistics at Fort Benning, Georgia. In this role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of an automated system to schedule training classes and manage resources. Luyk earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
Scot McLeod - Vice President of Marketing
Scot McLeod is responsible for marketing and corporate communications,
focused on building awareness and recognition of Compliance 360 as a
leader in the GRC industry and the success and achievements of the company’s
customers.
McLeod brings a track record of marketing success to Compliance 360,
with over 20 years experience in the software industry. Prior to joining
Compliance 360, McLeod was senior vice president of marketing for CDC
Software, which was ranked as the world’s 12th largest enterprise
application software company in 2007. During his 6-year tenure with the
company, McLeod was instrumental in driving vertical market strategies
and programs that supported the company’s success in new-business
sales and double-digit growth rates.
Earlier in his career, McLeod led marketing for early-stage software
and consulting services organizations, as well as leadership roles in
product marketing, product management and customer support for Management
Science America and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
McLeod earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia
Institute of Technology.
Sally Gunter, CPA.
- Controller
Sally provides leadership and coordination of the company’s
financial planning and budget management functions. With over thirteen
years of finance and accounting experience, Sally brings expertise
in budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, audit, and reporting.
Her daily responsibilities include managing the finance department’s
operations as well as strategic forecasting.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Sally was the Controller at Constructware,
where she supervised the company's finance and accounting functions and
assisted in the due diligence resulting in a successful acquisition by
Autodesk, Inc. Sally is a CPA and holds a B.B.A.
in Accounting from University of Georgia.
