Mr. Keating is a frequent speaker on privacy and information security topics.  He received his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Emory University School of Law in 1995 and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1991 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Technology Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
