Findings from a recent report conducted by the ERM Initiative at North Carolina State University suggest that there is significant room for improvement in enterprise-wide risk management processes for most organizations. Nearly 60% of the senior executives that participated in the study indicated that their risk management processes are ad hoc and informal and just under half have only minimal processes for identifying and tracking risks, or none at all. Over 40% indicated that their risk management processes are either “very immature” or only "somewhat mature".
Join us for this session with Mark Beasley, in which he’ll examine the findings of this study in more detail and share his insights regarding the underlying issues that are hampering many ERM initiatives.
